Important Booking Information
Maria’s appointments are highly detailed specialty services that require extended reserved appointment time, preparation, and individualized attention.
Please review the following booking policies prior to scheduling your appointment.
• Nail appointments require a non-refundable 50% reservation retainer in order to reserve appointment time.
​
• Reservation retainers are applied toward the final service total at the time of the appointment.
​
• Nail appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
​
• Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling requests, excessive lateness, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer.
​
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling of services in order to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments.
​
• One transfer of a reservation retainer may be permitted with proper notice and scheduling availability.
​
• We do not perform fills over another artist’s work. Removal and a fresh set may be required.
​
• Complimentary repair adjustments must be reported within 72 hours of the original appointment. After 72 hours, repairs are considered a paid maintenance service.
​
• Please request nail art, removals, specialty finishes, or add-ons prior to your appointment, as same-day additions cannot always be accommodated.
​
These policies are firmly enforced in order to protect reserved appointment time, scheduling availability, preparation, and the experience provided to every guest.
